IVA MARIIA PHOTOGRAPHY FILM PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT + MODEL RELEASE
1. About the Project
This is a creative, non-commercial photography project shot on 35mm film. The model understands that:The session is not for profit - the photographer is exploring film as a creative medium.The model is contributing only to the cost of film and development.The photographer maintains full creative control over styling, composition, lighting, and editing.
Full payment is required in advance to secure the session and cover film expenses.
This amount is non-refundable, as specific film will be purchased for your session.
3. Creative Freedom & Limitations
By joining this project, you agree that:All artistic choices (film type, color vs. black & white, concept) are made solely by the photographer.You will not select which rolls, tones, or edits are used.The number of usable final film photos is not guaranteed due to the nature of analog photography.A few digital backup photos may be provided, but are not the main deliverables.The shoot may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on creative direction.
4. Model Release
You grant the photographer the irrevocable right to use any images from this session for:Portfolio, social media, website, publications, exhibitions, and promotional useArtistic and educational purposes.You agree that:No RAWs or negatives will be providedEdited images will be delivered digitally via an online galleryYou will receive a select numberof fully edited scans within 4-6 weeks
5. Conduct & Expectations
The shoot will be respectful, collaborative, and safe.You agree to show up on time and prepared, based on any guidelines sent prior to the session.
6. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
If the photographer cancels the shoot, all prepaid film costs will be refunded or rescheduled.If the model cancels after film is purchased, the cost is non-refundable.Weather-based rescheduling for outdoor shoots is allowed at the photographer’s discretion.
7. Acknowledgement
By signing below, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
